2. Schedule a  15-minute Progress check-in web meeting for your office to answer any additional questions or to give you a little extra help. (Instructions below)

  • Who should train: We recommend that all staff involved in collecting payments and billing participate in training. After having watched the on-demand training videos to learn and understand the basics, a 15-minute progress check-in is completed, and your office still needs more assistance/training time, we are more than happy to schedule a longer web meeting with your office. Step 1: Merchant Account Setup

Merchant accounts need to be set up so the bank knows where to deposit the money. To get started with setting up your merchant accounts, click HERE. *Do not let this hold you up from training- please continue to the next step!
