1. Apply to become a ChiroHealthUSA® (CHUSA) provider. 
      1. When setting up your CHUSA discounts, we recommend not opting for an ala carte discount schedule. The integration is best used with a simple percentage discount and/or max per visit discount schedule. See HERE for details.

Wellness Score® System:
1. Complete Wellness Score® System training.
2. Complete ChiroTouch® Integration. (If you already completed integration with the Auto-Debit System®, then you may skip this step.)

Cash Plan Calculator System®:
1. Complete Care Plan Calculator System® training.
2. When your CHUSA discounts have been approved by CHUSA, enter your discount schedule in the Care Plan Calculator® Setup.
3. Create a variety of plan templates you can copy and customize for individual clients.
4. When posting your services to your EHR, you should always be listing out your usual and customary fees. You would then apply the discount as a write-off. ChiroTouch® has a Care Package feature in the ledger that will allow you to automatically adjust the ledgers based upon discount rules and the number of visits. (See Care Package Setup below).

Auto-Debit System®:
1. Setup your merchant accounts by completing the application process so that you’re able to process payments. (Allow 2-5 business days for bank approval.)
                1.a. Equipment (Optional): Order any USB card swipers, EMV terminals, or CP Mobile™ card swipers if you plan on physically swiping/inserting chipped credit cards from your patients. *This is optional because you do not need any equipment in order to process one-time payments or schedule recurring payments.
2. Add account users to your Cash Practice® account. 
3. Complete Auto-Debit System® training.
4. When merchant accounts are approved, complete the Auto-Debit System® Setup
5. Complete ChiroTouch® Integration.

Care Package Setup in the ChiroTouch® Maintenance Screen:
1. If you’re giving patients a discount for ChiroHealthUSA® covered services or prompt pay discounts related to financial plans from the Care Plan Calculator®, we recommend that you use the ChiroTouch® Care Package feature within the patient ledger that will allow you to post all of the services being rendered to the patient at your full fee (which is the compliant way to post services).

The visit-based Care Package would automatically apply the discount and display the balance that the patient owes after the discounts are applied. The ledger is automatically adjusted based upon the discount and the number of visits that you defined in the Care Package. 
 
You will need to create a few visit-based Care Package templates in the Maintenance Screen, which you can then quickly customize per patient within their ledger. The few minutes you spend on creating this will help reduce any future time spent balancing patient ledgers.
