How it Works
- Once you pay the activation fee, the Auto-Card Updater will be activated within 1-2 business days.
- Initial Activation:
- When the Auto-Card Updater service is activated, please allow 10-14 days for all active cards to be checked for updates.
- A report of updated cards can be found HERE
- Also, the system automatically generates and emails the expired credit card report on the 5th and 20th of each month to the administrative email address that is on file.
- Active cards-on-file that are stored in your patient's Billing Vault will be checked for updates weekly.

The Auto-Card Updater is $10 per month which includes the first 10 cards updated per month. Additional card updates are $0.35 each. No refunds.
