This feature requires use of the Auto-Card Updater which is an optional add-on feature to your account. CLICK HERE to learn more about it.
Initial Activation: When the Auto-Card Updater service is activated, please allow 10-14 days for all active cards to initially be checked for updates before they show up on the report.
The system automatically generates and emails the expired credit card report on the 5th and 20th of each month to the administrative email address that is on file.
To see a list of cards in your Cash Practice account that have been updated using the Auto-Card Updater feature, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Hover your mouse over [Systems] → [Auto-Debit System®] → [Billing Vault].
Step 2: In the "Other Options" section, select, "Auto-Updated". You can narrow down your search with a date range as well. Click "Search".
You will receive a list of results showing cards that were automatically updated using the Auto-Card Updater tool.
