By utilizing Auto-Debit System® Statistics Reports, you can better understand your practice's financial performance, improve cash flow, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your revenue and growth!
To access the Statistics Reports menu: Hover over [Systems] → click on [Auto-Debit System®] → [Statistics], and there you will find the following reports:
- Auto-Debit Projections™: This tool accurately predicts your future income by focusing on scheduled auto-debit payments over the next 12 months. Unlike traditional methods that rely on past debts (accounts receivable), this tool provides a more reliable forecast based on confirmed future income.
Stats: What are the Auto-Debit Projections? - Auto-Debit Client Projections™: This statistical report shows all patients with recurring payments and projects their auto-debit amounts for the next 12 months. You can both view the data and export it to Excel if needed.
Stats: What are my Auto-Debit Client Projections™? - Life-Time Revenues: This revenue report shows all your cash collections since you started your membership with Cash Practice®. It automatically displays the data in a user-friendly graph, with options to view by year, quarter, or month.
Stats: What are the Life-Time Revenue stats? - Monthly Revenue Analyzer™: Track and understand your monthly revenue performance by using the Monthly Revenue Analyzer™. This report visually displays your growth with a graph, highlighting months with higher or lower-than-average revenue. This tool is also customizable, allowing you to identify growth patterns and make informed decisions.
Stats: What is the Monthly Revenue Analyzer? - Posted Payments Stats: Review your posted payment statistics with this easy-to-use tool that allows you to evaluate your past income by entering search criteria to narrow down your search to the desired timeframe.
Stats: What are my Posted Payments Stats? - Posted Payments Analyzer™: The Posted Payments Analyzer™ helps you understand how you're collecting payments. The report displays key information about your payments, such as payment status, payment tool used, and transaction amounts. This allows you to analyze your payment trends and identify areas for improvement.
