This article reviews the process of how your patients or potential patients may add money to their already existing Gift Cards.
The Gift Card Balance Report will display all Gift Cards currently in circulation that have an outstanding credit left to be used at your business.
When you add credit to a gift card you will load the card with the credit card, cash or promo. Credit cards will use the Virtual Terminal. Cash will be when a customer hands you cash over the counter. Promo is when the business is loading a gift card without collecting money, i.e. donation to a silent auction for charity.
