When viewing the Auto-Debit Status™ Report from the Dashboard, you may notice that there is a status indicator [ X Active Not Paid Up] due to Declines or not being Re-Scheduled.

PLEASE DO NOT PANIC. The purpose of this report is to let you know that there are Auto-Debits that are not paid up to date and require investigation. The [X Active Not Paid Up] alert status indicator will display on the auto-debit until the alert is removed. This may not mean that the patient owes money, perhaps the patient decided to pay cash over the counter for that individual declined payment and the transaction was canceled. It's just for declined auto-debit payments that were not rescheduled.
