Continue education while collecting payments simultaneously!

If you are also subscribed to The Auto-Debit System®, you can assign your patient a Drip-Ed™ Campaign while collecting their payments! This is similar to the old saying "killing two birds with one stone."

 

*NOTE - You must be subscribed to the Auto-Debit System® and the Drip-Education® Email Marketing System to do this.

Getting started:

Step 1: Using any of the Auto-Debit System payment tools you can collect payment and assign a series of emails! From the top-right corner of your Dashboard, click on the [Virtual Terminal™] shortcut icon (which looks like a hand with the index finger pointing up) to collect a one-time payment or [Auto-Debit Scheduler™] shortcut icon (which looks like two arrows, completing a circle) to schedule a payment.

Step 2: Enter all criteria needed for the payment first (for additional help on the Virtual Terminal, click HERE). 

Step 3: Click the section titled "Show Additional Options". From the [Drip-Ed™ Campaigns] field, choose the campaign that you wish to assign to the patient.

Step 4: Select the date at which you would like the campaign to begin sending emails to the patient in the Start field.

Step 5: Proceed with processing the payment or scheduling the auto-debit. Once it has been submitted, the patient will automatically be assigned to the campaign.
