PaySafe's website for the online application (Netbanx) can be accessed HERE. This is where you will apply for your MOTO & EFT merchant accounts.

Once you access Netbanx's site, you will need to register for a profile and create a username/password:

Step 1: Country of Operation

Step 2: Business Trading Information

*Note - Direct Debit allows you to process transactions using a patient's bank account (versus a credit card). We recommend setting up this merchant account.

Step 3: Company Information

*The currency automatically defaults to Canadian Dollars (CAD), however, once your merchant account is approved by the processing bank, you are able to change it to US dollars (if needed).

Step 4: Business Owner Details

Step 5: Banking Details

In this step, you will need to validate your banking information. PaySafe will deposit a small amount into your checking account. In the descriptor of the deposit (through your online banking) there will be a code that you will need to enter into your new Netbanx account. (You will need to log back into your NetBanx account through the email they sent you with the link and username). You will not receive any deposits until your banking information has been validated.

Common questions:

1. How long after the application are micro-deposits sent?

They are sent by the bank's system at the end of the day; the banks receive them and process them within 1-3 business days.

2. What does the micro deposit look like on the merchant’s account?

The micro deposit is always a penny drop into the merchant’s bank account. The validation code will resemble: CODE DKP916

The next step will be identity verification questions.
