This is a Cash Practice Help Center Article

IMPORTANT: Are you being solicited by Fortis Payments?  If so, please let us know so we can shed some light on things they are falsely claiming about Cash Practice.

Here is what Fortis is saying when attempting to solicit your business from Cash Practice:

  • "Our layout is much more user-friendly"  - That is up to you to decide.
  • "It's easier to see info in a quick glance." - Actually, it's not.
  • "Editing or making changes is way more efficient" - Actually, it's not.
  • "We offer e-invoicing." - Cash Practice has online payments, bill pay, the ability for patients to reprocess declined payments online, update the card on file for auto-debits, and so much more.
  • "We have a website portal"  - Who doesn't???
  • "Declined payments will auto-send emails to you and the patient to update the credit card or pay with another method." - Cash Practice has this.
  • "We have a mobile app" - Cash Practice has this at no extra cost
  • "We have monthly savings" - Definitely not.  When compared side by side, Cash Practice provides WAY more value than Fortis.  Ask us for our side-by-side analysis where we can show you not only that we are a greater value, but we don't hide fees, we are 100% transparent, and don't use misleading marketing.
If you have ANY questions or want to see our analysis, we are more than happy to talk with you.  Simply call us at 877-343-8950 x105.
