The Drip-Education® Email Marketing System is used to frequently contact patients and automate a major portion of your education and marketing efforts. To ensure that your patients are receiving the emails you send, we've compiled a list of settings you can check.

The Patient Record Must Contain an Email Address 

It may sound like an obvious statement, but you need to verify that the patient record contains a valid email address. Follow the instructions HERE.

The Patient's Mailing List Status Set to [ON]

When patients are added to your Cash Practice account, their [Mailing List Status] is defaulted to be [ON]. For more information on the [Mailing List Status] click HERE.

An account user with permission can update the patient's mailing status within the patient record at any time.

For example, an [Bounced] email status stops all campaigns from being sent unless the mailing status is re-set to [On]. For more information on an [Bounced] email, click HERE
