Cash Practice Systems wants to make you aware of an IMPORTANT NOTICE from our processing bank, Paya:

Paya has received a report that a Paya customer has received a fraudulent fax that resembles a Paya Merchant Application. The fax purports to have been sent by Paya and promises a lower Discount Rate if the recipient completes the application. The fax requests the recipient to complete the merchant application (including Social Security Number and Banking information) and then to fax it to the number they provided. These faxes are NOT from Paya and you should NOT respond or provide any of the requested information.
 
We want to remind you that Paya would never request that you provide your Tax ID, Social Security Number, Bank Information or other sensitive information in response to an email, fax or text message.  If you receive a suspicious message, disregard it immediately. Only Cash Practice Systems should be contacting you regarding any changes to your merchant account (not Paya).
