- Active Auto-Debit
- Active Campaign Subscription
History of any of the following in the last 30 days will also prevent a patient from being inactivated.
Meaning, an active patient cannot have any of the following activities within the last 30 days.
- Billing/transaction history
- Wellness Score® Run or Edited for Patient
- Cash Plan Run or Edited for Patient
- Patient Order for Patient
- Email Receipt for Patient
- Email Sent from Drip-Education® to Patient
- Patient Group Assigned to Patient
- Patient Checks In or Out
- Patient Note
- Patient Opens Email
- Patient Removes themself from Drip-Education® Email
- Patient Complains as Spam from Drip-Education® Email
- Patient Email Bounces from Drip-Education®
- Patient Clicks Link Tracker
Only after 30 days of inactivity, can the patient record be inactivated.
