When it comes to processing rates and fees, we’re competitive with anything that you’ve seen out there and we have a solution for everyone, as each practice is different depending on the types of cards being processed, volume, amount of transactions, etc. It’s no different when you apply for a mortgage, a loan, or a credit card.... everyone gets different rates depending on what they qualify for.

We know it is an extremely competitive marketplace and that is why we offer such low rates and a month-to-month contract. Quotes and marketed rates from competitors can be extremely misleading. Always ask for a copy of the contract you will be signing (not just a quote or website rate). You can send us a copy of that contract/merchant agreement, and we’ll be happy to review and compare it with your Cash Practice rates.

Some merchant processing companies quote you a low rate, however, you may not have any cards that fit into that category and you end up paying higher rates than what they quoted you.

Every business is different, therefore we need to see the types of cards your patients are using in an effort to build a competitive rate structure that best suits your needs. We can offer you a Competitive Rate Analysis against your current merchant statement or quote that you have and we build a program that is fair and transparent without a gimmicky one size fits all rate structure.

We are overly transparent in our program and do not require a long-term contract, so you can cancel without penalty if you are ever dissatisfied with the service. If you feel you have come across a better merchant account program, please provide us with the information so we can do an apples-to-apples comparison and see if we need to make any adjustments to put you in the best program for your business.
