Tax Reporting: Will Cash Practice® Systems provide me with a W-9 or Tax ID #?

A W-9 is for when a business pays an independent contractor. We are not that. We are a corporation that you pay a monthly service fee to. Corporations do not provide Tax ID numbers. That is something you would only get from an independent contractor or a non-corporate business.

Analogy...You use AT&T for your business internet. You wouldn't call AT&T for their Tax ID or ask them for a W-9 form.
