Patients: How to search for patients and display them on a Google Map

Generating a Google Map of where your patients are located can be extremely helpful for marketing purposes such as coming up with a by-area marketing plan, or you're just curious to see who your more local clients are.

Getting Started:

Step 1: From the Dashboard, hover over [Patients]→ and click on [Search Patients].

Step 2: Click on the [Where] tab to edit the distance of your search radius, then click on the [Search] button.

Step 3: When the patient list loads, click [More] → [Map Patients].

Step 4: The map will load with the option to zoom in and view where your patients are located based on the address entered in their patient records. This is a great tool to visually see areas where you do not have as many patients and would be a new area to market to.
