Yes? Well, we have the solution for you! By using the Collect Payments Online form through your Auto-Debit System® you can easily use a pre-created link to embed it into your website so that the patients themselves can quickly make one-time payments to you! Watch the video below to learn more!

Getting Started:

Step 1: Hover over [Systems]→ click on [Auto-Debit System®] → and select [CP Online Forms™].

Step 2: From the Search Options page, enter your search criteria and select [Search].

Step 3: Locate the [Collect Payments Online] form, and select the [Edit Form] button. Click HERE to learn more about editing and viewing each step on the online form. You may also have direct access to the link as shown in the image below. Simply click [Copy Direct Link].

*Note: If you would like to view the form before you decide to post it to your website, click the live image of the form in the [Form Thumbnail] column. 

Step 4: This will open the form settings. Click on the tab [12 Links] to view the direct link which can be posted to your website. Click the [Copy Link] button to copy the entire link.
