To get started, follow the sequence below.
- A: Hover over the [Systems] menu.
- B: Click on [Care Plan Calculator®].
- C: Select [Search Care Plans].
Step 1: In the [Plan Name] field, type in "Sample" and click [Search].
Note: If you have already started adding plans to your account, you may want to select the [Templates] bubble icon located in the [Plans or Templates] field. That way, the system loads just the sample templates specifically.
Step 2: Once you locate the template you wish to edit and use, click on the [More] drop-down menu and select [Edit Template].
Step 3: From the Care Plan editor page, edit the [Actual Fees] column to include your fees and make other necessary changes. Click [Calculate Template] to save your changes.
Note: The fees preloaded into these sample plans are for illustrative purposes only.
Step 4: A preview of the template will display on the right, and additional settings will be available on the left. When you're ready to use the template, follow the instructions outlined here: Templates: How do I use a Template?
