Did you just create a Wellness Score® report for your patient, and instead of displaying the letter grade, it says ‘incomplete’?
In order for the Wellness Score® to be complete, all parameter data must be entered and the patient's account in Cash Practice® must contain their date of birth and their gender. If any of these are missing the score will display as incomplete. You will still have the ability to view, edit, print, and download an incomplete score, but you can not compare an incomplete score.
NOTE: Must have ChiroTouch version 6.1.23 or higher.
