Step 2: Select the appropriate renewal guide:

  • 1st time renewing through Aperia/WorkWell OR it's been more than 90 days since your PCI Certification expired, click HERE
  • If you are within 90 days of your PCI Certification expiration date, you qualify for a quick renewal, click HERE

Your username is your primary Merchant ID number - see screenshot below for how to access it.

*If you have created an Aperia/WorkWell account but do not know your login, first try the forgot password link on the sign-in page. If that does not work, contact Cash Practice and we can re-set the account for you (877) 343-8950 x 105.

To locate your Merchant ID # in your Cash Practice account; go to [Systems] → [Auto-Debit System®] → [Setup] → [ADS Settings].

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to keep your PCI compliance status up to date. PCI is an annual requirement. The annual fees for PCI through Aperia can be found HERE.

Failure to complete or renew PCI Certification will result in an additional $15 penalty fee each month.
